The aim of this course is to offer excellent training covering all of the innovation process:

  • Module 1: knowledge management,
  • Module 2: international protection strategies,
  • Module 3: negotiation and contractual practices,
  • Module 4: IP rights assessment and valuation,
  • Module 5: strategic management of disputes.

The first promotion attended by the Industry Minister François Loos and the Chairman of the IEEPI, Christian Brevard

It involves the best professionals of the time and is based on participative teaching. Case studies and the interaction between the trainees and the team of instructors are given priority. This training cycle profits from the teaching expertise of the IEEPI partners: CNCPI, ASPI, LES, Louis Pasteur University (Strasbourg I), Robert Schuman University (Strasbourg III).

A FLEXIBLE TEACHING FORMAT

The format of the diploma-oriented cycle - five three-day modules spread over six months - enables the trainees to dovetail the training with their professional employment.

Each module constitutes an in-depth approach to the topic being studied and can be taken separately. Taking all the modules provides a complete overview of the innovation protection and valuation process.

TRAINING WITH FINAL DIPLOMA

The trainees who have taken the training in full can apply for the "Intellectual Property and Innovation Strategy" MASTER DEGREE issued jointly by Strasbourg University.

This diploma is conditional on the submission of a thesis on completion of the training. The topic of the thesis is determined by the trainee in agreement with the teaching team.

The progress of each trainee in producing their thesis is followed by a teacher/researcher from one of the two universities or by a professional from the relevant field.

The trainees wanting to apply for the diploma must pay specific university fees (consult us).
